We stand behind the quality of all our scented home decor products. If you have any issues with your product or order, please contact us within 14 days of delivery, and we will work with you to resolve the matter promptly.
If 14 days have passed since your order was delivered, we are unable to offer a refund or exchange. To be eligible for a return:
- Your item must be unused, unopened, and in the same condition that you received it
- It must be returned in its original, undamaged packaging
- Returns sent without prior written approval from our customer service team will not be processed
Return Process
To initiate a return:
- First, email us at service@mzrralvcandle.store with clear images or video of your product and your order number
- Wait for written confirmation from our team before shipping your return
- Package your items securely to prevent damage during transit
- Include a note with your full name, shipping address, order number, and reason for return
- Ship the package to our return address: MZRRALVCANDLE Returns No. 4, 21st Floor, Building 5, Longhu Chunjiang Biyuan No. 1 Xingang West Road, Hanyang District Wuhan City, Hubei Province, China
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to confirm receipt. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund within 3-5 business days.
If approved, your refund will be processed and automatically credited back to your original payment method within 7-10 business days. Please note that processing times may vary depending on your card issuer.
Return Terms
All returns to our warehouse in China are subject to the following terms:
- Only damaged, defective, or incorrectly shipped items will be accepted for return
- The value of the refund will exclude all original shipping charges paid by the customer
- Return shipping costs to China are the sole responsibility of the customer
- We are not responsible for lost or damaged packages during return transit
We reserve the right to investigate all return claims and refuse refunds for items that show signs of use, damage caused by improper handling, or fraudulent claims.
